Standard consultation appointments are usually 10 minutes long.

Walk in appointments
All walk-in patients will be triaged with our nurse and offered an appropriate appointment time.

Longer Consultations
If you have numerous or complex medical issue or require a procedure, a longer consultation may bemrequired. Please call to discuss your situation with our reception staff.

Telehealth appointments
Patients will need to have attended the medical centre in-person within the last 12 months to be eligible. Telehealth services are at the discretion of your GP. Please contact the practice for more information.

Home Visits
Depending on circumstances and considering the safety of all, home visit can, at the doctor’s discretion, be arranged for regular patients living close to the clinic who are immobile.

After Hours
For medical care required outside of normal clinic times, call 13SICK (13 7425). Alternatively, Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital Emergency Department or Eight Mile Plains Satellite Health Centre are available to our patients who are in need of medical care after hour.
